Very filling , very wholesome , very authentic. I eat at this establishment regularly . Mi Pieblo has , never let me down. And never left me with an empty stomach. Great food & service. Eat here about once a month drive 48 miles out of the way just to eat here. Never disappointed.

This is a small town delight. I've never had a bad meal here, and is better Mexican food that you find in many larger towns. The portions are ample and we usually bring a doggie bag (box) home.

I ordered take out and when I got home and opened up my dinner I was bummed to see that I didn't get what I had ordered, when I called to discuss the problem the waitress put the cook on the phone who was EXTREMELY rude and insisted he did nothing wrong. I asked for a refund and was met with "it's not gonna happen" as an answer and was hung up on. Pathetic customer service for over priced taco truck food. Also the cook debated the number of shrimp in my la mocha, apparently four is more than enough for a $10.25 meal. By the way there was only two. My street tacos as they call them were supposed to be steak but instead were ground beef. He also argued that I was wrong. I know the difference!!!!!!! Do you!?!?! Glad my bank stopped the transaction. I now know why this place is always a ghost town.

Bad service. Bad food. Waitress was rude. When we ask for a container for salsa they said you can't take your salsa home. We have a 2 year old and the waitress didn't even ask if we needed a high chair. The waitress didn't ask if we needed refills either.

This is my favorite restaurant in Parsons. I love Mexican food and I LOVE fish dishes. Delicious food and great frozen drinks.

Ordered Chili Relleno here, the chili was a tiny piece, I gave almost $6.00 for a plate of refried beans and some lettuce. I asked the owner and he that's the way they make them. He said I was wanting a poblano Relleno, he makes chili Relleno. All I have to say is Google Chile Relleno and see what picture pops up.
